4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through the Raised Whole website are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the circumstances described in Section 5 below. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
5. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want every caregiver to feel confident in their purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a guide or course purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at the email listed on our contact page. We will review your request and work with you to find a resolution. Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible for consideration. Raised Whole reserves the right to decline refund requests that appear to indicate the product has been fully consumed or downloaded prior to the request.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Raised Whole website and within our products, including but not limited to guides, course materials, scripts, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, and written copy, is the intellectual property of Raised Whole and is protected by copyright law. The Whole Child, Whole Family™ framework is a proprietary trademark of Raised Whole. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or use any Raised Whole content for commercial purposes without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for your own household is permitted.
7. Digital Product Access
Upon completing a purchase, you will receive access to your digital products via the email address provided at checkout. PDF guides are yours to keep with no expiration. Course access is provided through our Kajabi platform and will remain active as long as your account is in good standing. Raised Whole reserves the right to update, revise, or retire course content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of significant changes.
8. User Accounts
To access course content you will be required to create an account on our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please do not share your account access with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Prohibited Use
By using the Raised Whole website and purchasing our products you agree not to reproduce or redistribute our content without permission, resell or sublicense our materials to third parties, use our content to create competing products or services, misrepresent our materials as your own work, or use our platform in any way that violates applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raised Whole and its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or courses. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
